Currently, we are seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant to help with the organization's daily administrative operations and be the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks. Specific Duties include but not limited to: Answer phones; act as first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email; provide exceptional customer service; transfer to appropriate party when needed Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and maintenance, generating reports, filing, ordering supplies, etc. Assist Manager in daily scheduling of deliveries and shipments Work in internal software system to create customer accounts and modify account data Manage calendars including sending meeting notices, resolving calendar conflicts, etc. Collaborate with internal departments regarding discrepancies and ensuring customer satisfaction Serve as organizational point of contact for miscellaneous administrative activities
Qualifications:
Experience in a similar role corporate office environment, with 2+ years of general customer service experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Eager to learn
