Receptionist/ Customer Service

Office Reception/Customer Service/ Graphic Designer Shift:

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday -

Friday Job Location:

Sterling, IL Compensation:

$18.00 + per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:

Motivated office assistant that can add to client's mission by providing excellent customer service

Responsibilities:

Answer phones for customers and business partners Assist customers in picking out merchandise Help design merchandise/ be creative/ have artistic eye Going over proofs/details with staff/ must be very organized Explaining pricing and setting up payment plans Preferred employee will be empathetic, patient and personable

Requirements:

Some college preferred or related experience Experience in graphic design a plus Clean criminal background preferred Some basic assessments may be required
