Monday

• Friday, 8:45 AM
• 5:45 PM, Every other Saturday 8:45AM
• 12PM Consistency and reliability in this schedule are essential to this role

This Role Is For Someone Who:

Shows up consistently, on time, and ready to perform Pays close attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks Can confidently multitask while staying organized and professional Takes ownership, follows through, and doesn't need to be micromanaged Enjoys being the welcoming, capable face of a business What You'll Do Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism Manage phones, scheduling, emails, and customer flow efficiently Handle payments, records, and front desk operations with accuracy Alphabetize, file, and maintain detailed client records Coordinate grooming, daycare, and boarding services seamlessly Help maintain a clean, organized lobby Close and secure the facility (key holder responsibility) Requirements 2+ years customer service/reception experience Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills Comfortable handling pets and lifting up to 35 lbs Basic computer skills (training provided) Reliability is non-negotiable—this role depends on it If you're the type of person who takes pride in doing things right, staying organized, and being someone others rely on—we'd love to meet you.
