Front desk: Hiring for a receptionist in Tinley Park We are looking for 2 part time front desk person for our chiropractic office in Tinley Park. This job IS NOT a seasonal position. Our current employees are heading off to grad school and we would love to add some new awesome employees to our family clinic. Morning position. Am. Monday and Friday 7am-2pm And 1-2 Saturdays a month 7-2pm Afternoon position Thursday and Friday 2-7 pm and 1-2 Saturdays per month 7-2pm. Maybe an option for Tuesday and Thursday instead. The job entails greeting patients, scheduling, office work, taking payment, answering the phone and light cleaning. We will train you on our software but you must be computer savvy! We are seeking an individual to join our team who possesses the following abilities: Schedule and manage patient appointments Has a positive attitude and makes others feel at ease in a medical setting Manage daily office administrative responsibilities Provide exceptional patient experience on a daily basis Support the clinic's chiropractors and fellow team members Please send a resume to alexiswsu@yahoo.com Thank you Dr.
