Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and friendliness, managing front desk operations efficiently Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate events to optimize office productivity Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy using spreadsheets, Word processing, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and paper-based, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Support office management tasks including supply inventory, order processing, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with inquiries and supporting team members with administrative needs Requirements Proven clerical experience or office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry processes Excellent computer literacy and technical proficiency in office management tools and communication platforms Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to enhance client communication and team collaboration Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and front desk operations preferred Exceptional phone etiquette, proofreading skills, and professional demeanor necessary for representing the organization effectively Join us if you're eager to bring your administrative expertise into a lively environment where your contributions make a real difference! Pay:
