Day-to-Day Responsibilities Here's what success looks like in this role:

Guide Pet Parents:

Follow our proven process to match families with the right services.

Book Services:

Handle reservations for daycare, lodging, training, and spa.

Welcome Guests:

Greet arrivals, process check-ins/outs, and ensure records are accurate.

Communicate Clearly:

Provide updates and confirmations by phone, email, and in person.

Team Collaboration:

Support smooth operations across departments when needed.

Light Dog Handling:

Assist only during check-in/out as needed. Pay, Benefits & Schedule Here's how we take care of you:

Pay:

$17 to 19 per hour (based on experience).

Benefits:

Schedule:

Full-time, 8-hour shifts; Monday-Friday with some weekends and holidays.

Holiday pay:

Anyone working on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, or the Fourth of July will receive 1.5x their hourly pay.
