Job Description
As our business continues to grow, Zimmer Tractor in Wilmington, OH has an opening for a part-time office assistant. If you are a hardworking, detail-oriented person, looking for a long-term relationship with a company, this is a great opportunity for you.
Duties include but limited to:
Answer telephones in a friendly and personable manner. Reconcile cash drawer at the end of business day. Process all invoices through the computer system for all customer purchases of whole goods. Process the necessary documents required to make payments to vendors. Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment so that the office runs in a smooth and efficient manner. Direct customer inquiries to proper employees for Sales or Service questions. Pay is commensurate with experience.
