Job Description

Job Overview:
(PART TIME) We are seeking a detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position requires a candidate with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently. We are a fast-paced office and require the ability to multitask, hold attention to detail, and possess strong communication skills. We are looking for a reliable and dependable individual to add on to this amazing team! We strive to facilitate a welcoming and organized atmosphere that promotes the well-being of our clients and enables our therapists to focus on their mission of helping individuals overcome personal and relational challenges. TCR's support staff, working behind the scenes, is driven by the belief that our dedication and attention to detail contribute to the success of the counseling process and the overall well-being of those we serve.
Duties:
  • Greet and assist clients in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Perform data entry tasks, maintaining records, billing
  • Schedule appointments
  • Maintain office files and records in both physical and digital formats
  • Assist with general office tasks as needed
Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • At least 2 years of office experience
  • Experience with scheduling appointments
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus
  • Ability to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office environment where attention to detail and excellent communication skills are valued.
