Essential Functions:

Customer interaction via telephone, and/or, in person Entering customer orders in ERP (P21) Quoting customer pricing, both verbally and electronically Expediting customer orders and direct purchase orders when customer inquires Negotiating pricing with customers and vendors Answer incoming calls Handle some administrative duties Interaction with outside sales personnel Interaction with vendor representatives Pricing large spreadsheet type quote packages (Excel) Quick decision making ability Other duties, which may be assigned by manager
