The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service and hospitality, and a solution-oriented mindset. Weekends are required.
Responsibilities :
Greet and welcome members & guests in a friendly and professional manner Sell items from our pro shop Provide accurate information about memberships, court times, and programs Manage reservations and ensure accurate information Operate phone systems and connect calls to the correct department Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service preferred Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette Ability to multitask Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
