Rentals Schedule:
8-19 hours/week; evenings, weekends, and varying weekday hours Calm under pressure, organized, and people-first-you keep events running smoothly while delivering great customer experiences. What You'll Do You'll be the front line for Community Center rentals-supporting events, assisting guests, and keeping operations running smoothly during evenings and weekends. From check-in to clean-up, you help create a welcoming and well-managed environment. Key Responsibilities Greet guests, provide directions, and support rentals and programs
  • Serve as point of contact for clients, vendors, and event participants
  • Operate POS system and assist with administrative and clerical tasks
  • Monitor events, handle issues professionally, and ensure safety and compliance
  • Support event setup, cleanup, and facility readiness (including restrooms and common areas) What You Bring - Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 months of related experience or customer-facing work
  • Strong communication skills and ability to handle large groups
  • Dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing schedules Preferred Certifications Valid Indiana Driver's License Technical Skills & Knowledge Microsoft Office and basic POS systems
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, public-facing environment
