Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Office Support:
Greet clients, visitors, and agents in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Schedule appointments, meetings, and property showings Manage office supplies Assist agents with general administrative tasks as needed Self-motivation during downtime and lack of supervision Maintain office social media & website
Transaction Coordination:
Manage real estate transactions from executed contract through closing Review contracts and documentation for accuracy and completeness Track deadlines, contingencies, and key milestones Coordinate communication between agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and inspectors Ensure all required documents are submitted and compliant with brokerage and legal standards Maintain organized digital and physical transaction files Provide regular status updates to agents and clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in real estate, lending, administrative support, or transaction coordination preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media/website platforms and real estate transaction software High attention to detail and problem-solving skills Professional, but friendly demeanor and customer-service mindset
Education & Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Real estate license (preferred but not required)
Work Environment:
Office-based position with interaction with clients and team members May require occasional extended hours to assist in Real Estate transactions. (Notice provided)
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly wage $15-$18 based on experience 401k
