Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to support daily office operations for a manufacturing environment. This contract position will serve as the first point of contact for guests, candidates, and employees while helping maintain an organized and welcoming front office. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing administrative tasks that require discretion and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests, applicants, and employees at the front desk and ensure each person is assisted promptly and courteously.
  • Guide interview candidates to the appropriate contacts and help coordinate their arrival experience.
  • Manage visitor flow by providing directions, answering general questions, and notifying internal staff of arrivals.
  • Maintain inventory of workplace supplies and place orders to keep essential office materials stocked.
  • Distribute employee uniforms accurately and keep related records organized.
  • Enter and update information in internal records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Handle sensitive documents and information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Support a variety of administrative activities as needed to help the office run efficiently.
