Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and detail oriented Receptionist to join our fast paced orthopedic clinic. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Verifying insurance coverage and eligibility Collecting co-payments and processing payments accurately Assisting patients with registration and portal access Scheduling appointments and follow-ups Answering phone calls and routing messages appropriately Supporting clinical and administrative staff as needed Our ideal candidate is someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment.
