Regular hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with adjusted summer hours of 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. during June and July. This position is a job-share role. Primary responsibilities include routing incoming calls, welcoming and assisting guests, scheduling Mass intentions, and providing general administrative and office support.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Experience using a multi-line phone system Strong attention to detail The ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player Strong organizational and interpersonal skills A positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude The practice of the Catholic faith is an integral part of St. Michael the Archangel Parish.
