Receptionist

• Covisian USA (Lenexa, KS) Covisian is looking for a Receptionist to serve as the welcoming first face and voice of our Lenexa office. This is a high-visibility role for someone who takes genuine pride in making people feel welcome
• whether they're walking through our front door or calling in for the first time.

What You'll Do Greet visitors, candidates, employees, and vendors with warmth and professionalism Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously Manage front desk operations: sign-in procedures, badge/visitor logs, mail and deliveries Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office and lobby area Support scheduling, calendar coordination, and basic administrative tasks for office leadership Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires (badges, paperwork, escorting to interviews) Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Coordinate with facilities, security, and HR as needed What We're Looking For A polished, professional appearance and demeanor

• you represent Covisian to everyone who walks in A naturally warm, bubbly, and approachable personality Strong computer proficiency (MS Office/Outlook; comfort learning internal systems quickly) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment Reliability and punctuality
