We are exclusively an orthopedic surgery clinic with focus on advanced orthopedic procedures. We pride ourselves on providing a compassionate, professional, and high-quality experience for both our patient families and their beloved pets. We are seeking a dependable, organized, and welcoming veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated team. Job Summary As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for our clients' experience. You will manage the front desk operations with efficiency and empathy, ensuring a smooth workflow for our medical staff and a welcoming atmosphere for our visitors. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients warmly upon arrival and manage the check-in/check-out process. Answer multi-line phone calls, answer client inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently. Manage and update electronic veterinary medical records accurately. Process client payments, manage daily financial balancing, and handle invoices. Coordinate communication between clients and the medical team regarding patient updates or follow-ups. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front reception area.
Qualifications & Skills Experience Required:
Previous experience in a front desk/receptionist role is required.
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer service and empathy.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with computers, multi-line phone systems, and veterinary/medical practice management software.
Organization:
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Reliability:
