Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Aesthetic Med Spa. This role is key to delivering an exceptional guest experience while supporting daily clinic operations. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a warm, professional check-in and check-out experience Schedule appointments and manage a multi-line phone system Sales is a big part of this position and the way to earn commission. Must love this area of the job and have background and talent in the sales arena. Answer guest questions and share information about services and promotions Process payments and maintain accurate guest records Must be willing to post social media content within the clinic on our social platforms Support clinic flow by coordinating with providers and staff Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Qualifications Previous front desk or customer service experience (med spa, aesthetics, hospitality, or healthcare preferred) SALES experience and must love the sales process The ability to communicate well, bubbly personality and the ability to talk to every guest in our lobby, and want to sell.
