We're currently looking for an experienced veterinary or medical receptionist who is compassionate, organized, and ready to make a meaningful impact every single day. Our reception team is so much more than answering phones — they are the heart of the client experience. From comforting worried pet parents to helping coordinate life-saving specialty care, our receptionists play a vital role in every patient's journey. We're looking for someone who can juggle phones, appointments, estimates, and puppy kisses with equal skill — a calm, compassionate professional who thrives in a busy environment and genuinely cares about pets and the people who love them.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a veterinary or medical reception role strongly encouraged Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and staff Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and empathy Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Comfortable with electronic medical records and computer systems A compassionate and friendly attitude toward animals and their owners is essential for success in this role
What You'll Do:
Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy Schedule and manage the clinic calendar efficiently Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries promptly and courteously Handle medical collections and process payments accurately Discuss estimates and financial options with clients Maintain accurate patient records and timely documentation Support doctors and technicians by coordinating communication between clients and medical staff Provide compassionate support to pet owners during stressful or emotional situations Why Join Us?
