Position Overview:

We're looking for a reliable, professional receptionist to be the first point of contact for our agency. This role is ideal for someone organized, personable, and interested in building a career in the insurance industry. No prior insurance experience is required—we will invest in your growth and pay for your education as you pursue your Property & Casualty (P&C) license.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients and provide a welcoming front-office experience Answer and direct incoming phone calls Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general administrative tasks Support agents with policy processing and customer service needs Maintain a clean and organized office environment
