Job Description
WGMA is looking for an experienced friendly face to work with our New Orleans team. Background check ran by company Office Location

Responsibilities:
Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Take and relay messages Provide information to callers Greet persons entering organization Process new ILA applicants Process I9 Deal with inquiries from the public and workers Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness Distribute, receive and sort mail, deliveries, and payroll checks Distribute incoming electronic faxes accordingly Organize conference and meeting room bookings Coordinate meetings and organize catering when necessary Monitor and maintain office equipment Control inventory relevant to reception area and general office supplies Maintain the reception, conference room, and common areas At times, may provide information to customers and receive payments May enter data and perform light administrative tasks Assign hazmat and basic training after management review and approval Any other administrative tasks and back ups to office staff as requiredRequired Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of Receptionist Experience Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications Must have outstanding customer service and communication skills Must be able to multi task and handle a fast-paced working environment Must be organized and be able to prioritize projects Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work a multi-line telephone systemRequired Schedule:
Monday- Wednesday & Friday 8am
- 5pm Thursday 5am
- 2pm
