The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling multi-line phone systems, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual skills are a plus, as well as experience with medical or dental office procedures. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Assist with office management tasks including organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries and providing information effectively Perform clerical duties such as typing correspondence, managing emails, and processing paperwork Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks when necessary Maintain professionalism with phone etiquette and courteous communication at all times Requirements Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or administrative support roles Strong computer literacy including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer support is essential Familiarity with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is preferred Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs Previous experience in medical or dental reception is advantageous but not required Strong attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy Professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service skills This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our team by providing exceptional front desk support in a dynamic office environment.
