Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly receptionist to become a long-term member of our salon team. This is not a temporary position—we're looking for someone who is committed to growing with us and can commit to a minimum of a year with opportunities of growth to management. We are looking into expanding. We currently have two locations and looking into a third.
Responsibilities :
Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience Managing social media account along with replying to booking requests DMs Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the salon calendar Check clients in and out while processing payments Keep the front desk organized and the salon looking presentable Respond to client inquiries and assist with retail sales Support the stylists and help ensure the salon runs smoothly We're looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Professional with excellent customer service skills Friendly, organized, and able to multitask Comfortable using computers and booking software (or willing to learn) Looking for a long-term position and able to commit for at least 8 months What we offer: Supportive and positive work environment Opportunity for growth Employee discounts Consistent schedule If you're someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a team for the long haul, we'd love to hear from you!
