We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Per Diem Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff within our vibrant senior living community. Schedule Per Diem / As Needed Available shifts include: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Availability needed Sunday through Saturday What You'll Do Greet residents, visitors, families, and vendors with professionalism and warmth Answer and direct incoming phone calls appropriately Provide concierge-style assistance to residents and families Assist with resident sign-in/sign-out procedures Support administrative and front desk operations Coordinate mail distribution and deliveries Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area Assist with emergency response procedures as needed Communicate important resident or operational updates to appropriate staff Support the overall safety, comfort, and hospitality of the community What We're Looking For Previous receptionist, concierge, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Experience working with older adults or within senior living strongly preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or emergency situations Team-oriented mindset with a positive and flexible attitude Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs as needed Strong English verbal and written communication skills required Our Commitment At Youville House, we are dedicated to creating a respectful, inclusive, and environmentally responsible workplace.
