In Person Full Time Receptionist at Law Mom!
Hours:
Full Time Monday - Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Role:
We're looking for a friendly, organized Full Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and supporting a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls. Greet and check in clients as they arrive. Offer guests water, coffee, or hot chocolate. Notify the appropriate team member when their client arrives. Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:
Professional and courteous communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working in a client-facing environment. Prior reception or customer service experiences a plus. If you're friendly, dependable, and enjoy helping people feel at ease, we'd love to hear from you!
