Full Job Description Job Summary:
Responsible for clerical support in an efficient manner in accordance with established procedures as directed by the Business Office Manager. Demonstrates Competency in theFollowing Areas:
Greets all visitors and sales representatives and directs them to the appropriate person and office. Answers all phone calls politely and professionally, expediting all calls. Maintains the Resident Personal Needs Accounts in an accurate and time efficient manner. Handles all correspondence daily. Types all documents, i.e., department reports, memos in a timely and efficient manner. Order supplies as directed. Assist department directors with administrative support (i.e., typing reports, correspondence, etc.) Is a self-starter; meets responsibilities without prompting. Demonstrates the values of team concept on a consistent basis. Communicates verbally in a clear and concise manner. Supports and maintains a culture of safety and quality.Similar remote jobs
