What You Will Be Doing The Senior Designer plays a key role in shaping innovative, performancedriven footwear across golf, dress, and casual categories, bringing designs from concept through commercialization. This role leads the creation of all footwear components-including uppers, outsoles, insoles, lacing systems, ornaments, and logos-while collaborating closely with the Footwear Team to deliver prototyped and productionready products. Partnering crossfunctionally with Design, Product Management, Development, Brand Marketing, and Innovation, the Senior Designer translates consumer and market insights into compelling color and material stories that balance creativity, functionality, and financial impact. Through precise specification development, detailed tech packs, and progressive presentation formats, this position ensures timely execution, supports global footwear objectives, and elevates the brand through thoughtful, forwardlooking design. What You Bring B.S. or B.A. in Industrial Design or a related field required. 7+ years of footwear design experience with a proven track record spanning design research, concept development, detailed rendering, and commercialization. Strong ability to design and detail footwear from initial samples through final production, with a solid awareness of material trends and applications. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment with strong time management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a teambased setting. Proficiency in Adobe design applications required; experience with PLM, CAD, and/or 3D design software is a plus. Pay Range:
