Max & Mia Children's Salon in Hanover is looking for a weekend receptionist and party hosts. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.

• Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
• Direct visitors to the appropriate stylist
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive and sort daily deliveries
• Skills
• Experience as a salon receptionist is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to operate a multi-line phone system
• Customer service-oriented with excellent communication abilities
