Leasing Intern

Internships - Paid Positions We currently have an Internship opportunity at our Princeton Bradford property in Bradford, MA. Interns will have an opportunity to learn about the various aspects of the busy residential real estate business, with particular focus on leasing apartments. Responsibilities include showing apartments, receptionist duties, assisting with direct mail and other administrative tasks. 40 hours per week, some weekends required. Interns must have completed a minimum of two (2) years of college education. All majors are accepted. The successful candidates will be outgoing, professional and people oriented with a strong attention to detail and accuracy. Typing and basic clerical skills required. This is an 8-12 week duration (flexible start and end dates), $20.00/hr., typical office hours will be Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 p.m.
