Job Description

Holliston Pediatric Group is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to work 24 hours per week in our fast paced pediatric practice providing administrative support to our providers(Monday, Tuesday, and Friday 8:20 am until 5:00 pm). Candidates will greet patients upon arrival, check patients in using our EMR, answer multi-line phones, check out patients which includes scheduling up coming appointments, reschedule appointments as needed due to changes in the provider schedules, perform additional tasks in EMR such as scanning/faxing/assigning documentations, and additional tasks as determined by supervisors. Candidates must have high school diploma and 2 years of customer service experience. Health care experience and EMR knowledge a plus.
