Role:

Giguere Gymnastics in Leicester, MA is looking for a friendly and energetic part time Front Desk team member to be the welcoming face of our gym! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fun, active environment where you'll help families and young athletes feel right at home from the moment they walk through the door.

Shifts:

2 week nights Saturdays fill in hours as needed

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in students, parents, and visitors with a warm and professional attitude Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate staff Manage class registrations, enrollment, and scheduling using gym management software Process payments, memberships, and handle basic billing transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Communicate program information, upcoming events, and promotions to families Support administrative tasks and assist staff as needed

Requirements:

Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with children and families Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling/registration software Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, energetic environment Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as needed
