Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience with our brand. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to handle various customer situations with professionalism and empathy. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, email, in person and chat, to address inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of client accounts, including outstanding balances addressing billing inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and working with clients or lenders to find solutions. Provide accurate information regarding products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist in sales administration tasks, including document processing and managing policyholder accounts. Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer service strategies. Ensure office is organized and always stocked. Additional tasks assigned as needed Skills Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Confident, motivated, high-energy individual Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up Experience in retail sales or similar environments is preferred Fluency in English and Spanish, enhancing our capacity to serve a diverse clientele Proficient in analyzing data to improve service outcomes A solid understanding of customer service principles and practices Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating independence when required Attention to

Education & Experience:
•High School Degree•3+ Years Customer Service Experience•
