At Commonwealth Veterinary Hospital, we are proud to be a fast-paced, six-doctor practice where our dedicated team is passionate about providing exceptional care to our furry patients. We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated full-time Veterinary Receptionist to help support our hospital's commitment to excellent client service and medical care. This role requires a special kind of person—a people person looking to combine a love of animals with a passion for administrative excellence. As a key member of our front-line team, you'll be responsible for greeting clients, managing appointment and surgery bookings, answering incoming calls, managing email and text communications, and assisting veterinarians with administrative tasks. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in opening and closing daily finances, including cash reporting. Schedule includes 4 shifts per week with rotating Saturdays.
