Receptionist

Receptionist / Cashier Lexus of Northborough Lexus of Northborough is seeking a professional, personable, and customer-focused Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our guests, this role is essential in creating the exceptional experience our dealership is known for. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the daily operations of the dealership. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. Some evenings and weekends are required.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests in a professional and welcoming manner Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently Process payments and cashier transactions accurately Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed Support the sales and service departments to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a polished and organized reception area
