This position is available on temporary full-time basis , depending on the company's current staffing needs and the candidate's availability and qualifications. The position will serve as a primary point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees while providing clerical support to various departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and employees. Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and other correspondence. Perform general data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper records. Assist with invoice and purchase order entry and other routine administrative tasks. Scan, file, copy, organize, and maintain company documents and records. Prepare routine correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents. Provide clerical support to accounting, project management, service, and other departments as needed. Assist with maintaining office calendars, schedules, logs, and supplies. Utilize company software, Microsoft Office, phones, printers, scanners, and other office equipment. Maintain a professional and organized reception and office area. Handle company, employee, customer, and financial information with appropriate confidentiality. Perform other clerical duties and special projects as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous receptionist, clerical, or administrative experience preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software and systems. Professional, dependable, and customer-service-oriented demeanor. Work Environment & Physical Requirements This is primarily an office-based position. The role involves regular computer and telephone use, along with occasional standing, walking, filing, and handling of office materials. Responsibilities may vary based on business needs.
Pay:
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
