Front Desk Associate

Job description We are seeking an energetic and organized Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our office. The Front Desk Associate's responsibilites include answering emails and phone calls, scheduling appointments, and welcoming patients. You will also be requird to assist with clinical work. Front Desk Responsibilities Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival. Ensuring that the waiting area remains in excellent condition at all times. Answering phone calls and responding to emails. Scheduling appointments. Collecting, recording, and filing patients' personal and medical information. Verifying patients' health insurance coverage. Collecting and discussing patient payments and bills. Assisting with flow management. Developing professional relationships with patients. Tracking and ordering inventory. Preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments, as needed. Setting patients up on therapy, following the doctor's notes and treatment plan. Front Desk Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Proficient computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. 2 years administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare setting; knowledge of chiropractic care, insurance, and medical coding is helpful but not required.

Pay:

$16.50 - $18.00 per hour
