Job Description
Overview We are under new management and will be rebranding in the near future, making this an exciting opportunity to grow with us during a new chapter for the business. Are you a musician???? This is the job for you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Responsibilities Answer phones, emails, and customer questions Greet customers as they arrive Process payments and store purchases Help keep the front desk and store organized Assist with basic store operations and customer service Maintain a welcoming and professional environment Requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems Friendly and professional attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Retail or customer service experience preferred Music background is a plus, but not required Schedule Part-time or full-time available Evening and Saturday availability preferred Pay Competitive hourly pay based on experience We are looking for someone dependable who enjoys working with people and helping create a welcoming environment for musicians of all ages.
