Receptionist

South Shore Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in Rockland is hiring per diem receptionists to help with holiday and vacation coverage! Weekly pay at $16 an hour.

Requirements:

Prior reception or customer service experience is preferred. Must have a working knowledge of filing and respect for confidentiality. Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, and the general public. Must possess a cheerful personality and be ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.

Duties:

Receive and direct all persons entering the facility to the appropriate areas. Respond to phone calls and direct to appropriate team members. Responsible for general typing and secretarial functions. Is responsible for receiving and directing incoming mail and deliveries appropriately. Respect and take care of facility equipment and do not waste supplies. Contribute to and promote resident and family relations. Knowledgeable in facility's Privacy Practice and complies by protecting all residents' health information.
