Job Summary:

Description We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk clerk to join. You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized front office. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet, assist and direct visitors. Manage all incoming calls and direct them to the correct departments. Maintain a neat, organized, and welcoming reception area. Handle all incoming and outgoing mails promptly. Coordinate appointments and meetings. Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, copying, printing etc. Manage office supplies inventory.

Requirements Requirements:

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. At least 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or similar role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure. Exceptional customer service skills.
