Job Description
Part-Time Front Desk Administrator As ProForm Physical Therapy continues to grow, we are looking to add a Part-Time Front Desk Administrator to our team. We are not replacing a team member, we are expanding our team due to continued growth and increasing demand for our services. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment someone walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoys helping others. Responsibilities Schedule patient appointments Answer and direct phone calls Greet and assist patients Process payments and manage transactions Support daily clinic operations Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Administrative, customer service, fitness, hospitality, or healthcare experience is a plus Background in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Science, or a related field is preferred but not required No healthcare experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person.
