We provide high-quality veterinary medicine for dogs and cats and are committed to compassionate care and outstanding client service. Our Veterinary Receptionists are an essential part of our team, providing the first and last impressions of our practice. We are looking for a full-time receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and enjoys building relationships with both people and pets. What You'll Do As a Veterinary Receptionist, your responsibilities will include: Greeting clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Checking patients in and out of appointments Scheduling appointments and managing our multi-line phone system Processing payments and invoices Maintaining accurate client and patient records in our electronic medical record system Assisting with other administrative tasks to support smooth hospital operations Providing exceptional customer service in every client interaction What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate will: Have at least 1 year of veterinary reception experience (preferred) Possess strong computer and organizational skills Be comfortable learning and using an electronic medical record system Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both in person and on the phone Thrive in a busy clinical environment while multitasking and prioritizing effectively Be a motivated, compassionate team player with a positive attitude Share our passion for animals and the human-animal bond Schedule This position requires some evening shifts and Saturday availability.
