Job Description

Overview We are seeking an energetic and friendly Front Desk Staff member to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and team members, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a warm, efficient, and well-managed front office environment. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service skills while supporting daily operations. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries appropriately Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including filing, data entry, and document proofreading Assist with office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, providing support as needed Handle clerical duties including typing correspondence, managing office supplies, and maintaining accurate records in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office applications Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained at all times to foster a welcoming environment Requirements Proven experience in front desk or office management roles with strong organizational skills Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Strong communication skills with bilingual ability preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively Experience with multi-line phone systems and customer support is highly desirable Demonstrated clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus but not mandatory Prior personal assistant or administrative experience will be considered an asset Join us to be part of a dynamic team where your positive energy and organizational talents make a real difference every day!
