Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional customer service to visitors, clients, and team members. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will ensure smooth daily operations, support office management tasks, and create a positive first impression for everyone who walks through our doors. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle scheduling tasks such as calendar management and appointment setting using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining organized records Support office management by coordinating supplies, managing incoming mail, and assisting with light bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and providing helpful information in person or via phone/email Maintain a clean and organized reception area to foster a welcoming environment for all visitors Experience Prior office experience or administrative support roles demonstrating strong organizational skills and computer literacy Proven experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications for daily tasks such as calendar management and document proofreading Clerical experience involving data entry, filing, and record keeping to ensure accuracy and efficiency Experience working in medical or dental reception is a plus but not required; relevant personal assistant or receptionist experience is valued Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure Join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist where your enthusiasm for organization and customer service will make a meaningful impact every day!
