We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This cross-functional role is primarily focused on front desk reception duties, with additional support responsibilities across office operations. The ideal candidate will have prior reception or customer service experience, strong professionalism, and a customer-focused attitude.

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

• Pay rate: $19.

46/hr - $20/hr

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors; manage guest check-in and badge issuance
• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries
• Schedule and coordinate meeting room bookings
• Provide hospitality support for guests and meetings
• Perform light administrative tasks as needed
• Operate large print equipment when required

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of reception or customer service experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and remain flexible Apply Now!
