Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Receptionist/Sales Assistant serves as the first point of contact for customers and visitors while providing essential administrative and sales support to ensure smooth dealership operations. This role requires excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills within a fast-paced automotive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments. Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area. Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents and customer files. Schedule appointments and manage the dealership's front desk calendar. Input and update customer information into CRM systems. Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and office supplies inventory. Support marketing and promotional activities as needed. Coordinate with service, finance, and management departments to ensure efficient customer flow.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, administrative, or dealership roles preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications. Positive attitude, professional appearance, and team-oriented mindset.
Working Conditions:
Office and showroom environment. Interaction with customers, staff, and management throughout the day. Occasional weekend or evening hours may be required.
