We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Admin/Receptionist to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner. Answer questions and assist clients with general inquiries. Answer incoming calls, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages. Receive, sort, and distribute mail, deliveries, and packages. Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed. Manage basic laboratory administrative functions, including: Overseeing routine urinalysis collection and documentation processes. Ensuring laboratory paperwork is completed accurately and timely manner. Maintaining and updating Maryland PDMP (Prescription Drug Monitoring Program) records as required. Ordering laboratory supplies and coordinating shipment and mailing of specimens and related materials. Assisting with maintaining compliance with laboratory procedures and documentation requirements. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, scanners, copiers). Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Prior administrative, receptionist, healthcare, or laboratory support experience preferred.
