Spa Receptionist

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist to join our team at the Spa located at the Tidewater Inn. This role requires strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is a part time position to work Sundays only from 9am-4:30pm. Responsibilities Providing excellent customer service and experiences to all clients and members. Answer telephone, transfer calls and taking accurate messages. Greet customers in a warm and welcoming fashion. Giving tours of the spa facility and scheduling of appointments. Update staff of appointments and /or cancellations. Notify staff of client arrival. Ensure and maintain adequate supplies. Wash and fold towels and linens. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa and retail area. Communicate sales promotions and service options with clients. Scheduling appointments. Passionately promote products and services with effective, clear communication. Assist with the marketing and promotion of the spa through the forging of relationships with businesses, organizations, event participation and corporate relationship. Assist in ensuring that spa operations are in full compliance with local health and safety codes. Adhere to, apply, observe and enact workplace safety standards. Check guests in and out. Fulfill all client services in a professional, correct, orderly and efficient manner. Follow all company policies and procedures. Compentencies Technical Capacity. Personal Effectiveness/Credibility.
