We're adding a Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to our team at UM Shore Medical Center at Easton in Easton, Maryland.

Daily Encounters:

114 14 Physician / 8 APP hospitalist team 12-14 patients per APP with structured coverage Dedicated nocturnist and intensivist support Open ICU model; procedures not required

Epic What your practice will look like: You'll work in a structured hospitalist program with strong Physician and APP collaboration. The model supports efficient workflows and clearly defined roles, allowing for consistent, high-quality inpatient care across a diverse patient population.

Compensation & Benefits:

Requirements:

Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner certification Hospitalist experience preferred
