• Full-time Job Summary F/T Receptionist needed for busy, fast paced Veterinary practice. 36
• 40 hours per week, including day, evening and some weekends.

Front desk and computer experience a MUST . Must be detail oriented and able to multi-task. Veterinary office experience Strongly Preferred. Responsibilities and Duties Greeting clients Answering a multi-line telephone system Handling of medical records Setting up appointments and treatments Invoicing clients and taking payments Calling prescriptions into pharmacies Qualifications and Skills Ability to multi-task, Knowledge of basic office equipment including computer, fax machine and copiers Customer service experience Ability to Troubleshoot in a stressful environment Previous Veterinary office experience (2 years) preferred EzyVet software experience preferred Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Insurance 401K Uniform allowance Medical Flexible Spending Account Paid vacation and sick time
