Veterinary Receptionist responsibilities include, but not limited to: Greeting clients and checking patients in Scheduling appointments Receiving telephone calls Checking voicemails Maintaining medical records Scanning and faxing records Relaying necessary and accurate patient information to Veterinarian/Veterinary Technicians Checking e-mails and responding to clients Appointment reminders for upcoming appointments Restraining animals during surgical intake and technician appointments Collecting payments Assist in cleanliness and maintenance of the clinic

• This position is physically demanding requiring applicants to stand for long periods of time and repeatedly lift up to 50lbs

Wages and Benefits:

Starting pay is $17.00

Hours/Work Schedule:

Full-time employees must be available to work at least 36 hours per week. Our hours of operations are Monday-Thursday 8:00am-6:00pm. Emergency surgeries are not uncommon and will require employees to stay after hours at times. All potential new hires are required to pass a criminal background check and drug test. some experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
